Not all are frustrated about ways to lose weight? There are a number of ways - eat less, exercise more, but in the end most of us lose motivation and end up quitting because they do not lose much weight as you want to lose.
1) Change your eating habits. Try to count up the calories every day and stay under daily limit of 2000 (women), 2500 (men). Make your potions smaller meal and eat foods with adequate nutrients. Cut sandwiches and replace it with an alternative. And most important, have breakfast! If you're not used to eating breakfast up an hour earlier or eating an hour and a half before going to bed for your stomach to digest and feel hungry when you wake up.
2) Be active! Walk to work or take a jog in the park or walk your dog! Even at a gym. In turn, physical activity will give you more energy!
3) Do not be discouraged because they expected to lose 90-10 pounds the first week. That is a very unrealistic goal. Set a realistic goal you think you will be able to achieve such as 4.6 pounds per week. Once you reach your goal will be more motivated to keep going and lose more weight.
