Magazine publishes its list of the best diets to lose kilos those seeking more this year.
The DASH, rich in vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy products, diet was named the best diet for the fifth consecutive year, beating Weight Watchers and the Mediterranean diet, according to US News & World Report.
Publication evaluated 41 diets, which you set your list of "best diet" 2015.
DASH, which was developed to lower blood pressure without medication, was also chosen by the panel of experts as the best diet for diabetes and the best plan for healthy eating.
"We deliver data if diets are good for losing weight or help prevent or keep diabetes. Same for heart disease, "said senior health editor of US News and World Report.
When lowering kilos, the magazine recognized diets Weight Watchers, which uses points to qualify foods. At number two on the list is the Health Resources Managment, a system of food delivery.
Is the simplest diet to follow? Weight Watchers, next to Jenny Craig created by combining exercise and balanced diet; and the Mediterranean diet, which focuses on fruits, vegetables and fish.
