How to lose weight after several attempts
Probably at this point you feel frustrated because your diet plan has failed again. What you need to know is that the problem is in the approach perhaps you are giving your diet, have become so rigorous that you say or is it all or nothing, as there is no perfect diet, then you prefer to do nothing.
The idea is not prohibited to the point of eating boiled whole, the idea is to eat healthy. You may not get off the first week of weight, but the following week to do it themselves. It is not to come down dramatically weight as you are slim back up twice.
The best thing is you can keep the weight off long term, but this requires that you change your eating habits and weight come down slowly.
One suggestion I can give is to modify the form of cooking and preparing food, avoid using oil and replace it with vegetable spray, if you eat salads and condiméntelas vegetables with a teaspoon size dessert or tablespoon oil to two teaspoons of mayonnaise light.
So we advise you to eat every 2 or 3 hours, you can eat a fruit or cereal bars or desserts or dietary fat yogurt or a slice of bread with cheese. Or if you like sweets you can also eat a small and possibly sugar free candy, like a gingerbread diet.
You need to eat 3 times a week non-diet food to your liking, in moderate amounts eg ice cream, a small slice of pizza or chocolate, the idea is that you do not starve and have no food cravings.
