I have a new favorite !! I discovered this bread seeds and nuts for breakfast. A delicious to enjoy what you want bread. I love to butter and cheese
Ingredients for bread
100 g nuts
100 g hazelnuts
100 g almonds
100 g linseed
Sesame seeds 100 g
150 g pumpkin seeds
150 g sunflower seeds
75 g dried apricots, small pieces (optional)
salt (to taste)
Olive oil 100 g
6 eggs
Put the oven to 160 ° and we covered loaf pan with baking paper.
We weighed all the ingredients (except the eggs) and mix in a large bowl.
Add eggs and mix everything well.
Pour the batter into the pan.
We cooked in the oven 60 minutes.
